I am getting the error "a value inside the form may be being used for the
file name...etc.".  I am using an xpath expression from the from inside the
form that is unique (employee code) each time yet I'm still getting the "A
value inside the
form..." error.  Can anyone tell me why my submit is not working when I have
a valid expression in the file name field.  I do not have the overwrite box
checked because each employee should only have one file, but it's not letting
me submit any files.  Thanks!  Dj

Where and when are you getting this error? If you are filling out a form and
it is not saving, check whether a form with the same name already exists. If
it exists, you will have to use the Overwrite option to be able to save the
form. If you are in a dialog box in InfoPath, verify whether the formula that
you used to construct the name of the form does not contain errors (click the
Verify Formula button).
