XSD Source and MinOcc

I have created a form 'Data source' from a XSD file... In XSD file a element
is set to "minOcc = 0"...

But while 'filling the form' i cant remove this element (not section).

If i dont remove this element from the resulting output XML file - XML fails
during the validation against schema. This is because the element is of type
"Integer"...

Now to pass the validation either i need to remove the element from XML or
set some value to this element (this is not possible, as in some scenarios
this element will not exist)

so what should i do to remove this element while filling the form?

Thanks
Venu

The correct syntax is: minOccurs="0" not minOcc=0
