Form Formating Error

I have my query info at the bottom of the page in several forms. In all but
one, everything is fine and they all have the same elements in them. In one
however the query fields at the bottom of the page have a large gap between
the last section of the form and the wuery area. When I tried to find out
why, I can't find a reason. By chance I noticed that the gap is the same size
as the space that is filled when all the "optional" areas are visable. But
even when they are hidden the gap exists. (The gap lessens as the optional
areas expand; and disappears completely when all optional areas are visable.)
Can anyone help? I'm so confussed that all my forms have "optional" areas but
only one has this problem.

One thing I have found is that when you have optional or sections which can
be hidden and you adjust the size of the section that contains them that the
section does not "shrink" properly anymore but is now static.

Try selecting the section and dragging the bottom boundary up to where it
should be at a minimum and release.  It will not go that small in design mode
since it has to show all contents but it should then reduce in size when not
full when previewed.

That has been what I have had to do in similar circumstances.
