Hello all,

I have an Infopath form that I created for customers to submit work
requests to a list on a Sharepoint 2007 server. These forms will be
updated by a group of people. How do I keep my team from clobbering
each others updates to this form?  Is there a way to put the form in
an 'edit' state locking prior to making the changes it so that it can
not be updated while that individual has it in that state?

thanks in advance!

Yes. The user can "extract" the form (or document in other document library)
and lock for editing.
From document library settings you can set this to force exctraction.. Don't
remeber exactly the section where you can find it inside library settings.
