I'd like to know anyone knows if there is a way to capture a hand written
signature if I setup a form on a public/reception kiosk running an InfoPath
Form using a signature input device for patients, applicants, etc.

It is possible to capture ink with the ink control in InfoPath.
However it only works with an XP or Vista tablet, which supports ink.
Now that all Vista supports inking, there may be a way to fool it with a
touch screen or digitizer pad but I am not aware of any.

As long as you could get the OS to believe you were using an active
digitizer and a stylus then you would be golden.
