Hi,

I had created an leave application form and in the workflow I had defined
that it should go as task to my manager.

When my manager login he can see just approval but no form/view is visible
to him.

Question: How to attach form/view so that manager can view what he is going
to approve or reject.

Thanks in advance.

Ajay

Hi Ajay,

I don't quite understand your scenario. When your manager logs in, is he
navigating to the SharePoint site or is he opening an e-mail?

If you are using e-mail to send the form, there are two options: you can
attach the form or just the view. Go to data connections and double click on
the email connection and you should see the options on one of the screens of
the configuration wizard.

Good luck!
