Hi, i am creating a form at work which needs to record employees who complete
and authorise the form. I have used the digital signature wizard to add a
digital certifictae to the form. By default when i add the signature in the
dialog box it appears as the users logon id in this case their employee no.
This is how i want the form to work on every ocassion. However for some users
their is no signature to add or which they can create in the dialog box'???

the only other way i have found to create the certifictae in by going
through start; all programs; microsoft office; office tools; create
certificate for vba projects. this presents a problem as the user can put
anything in the certifictae box such as someone elses employee no.

How do i get the siganture wizard to autmatically take the certifictae from
the users logon id in all instances???.

Have you created certificates that are suitable for digital signing and
installed them in the Personal Certificate Store of each user's computer? For
details see http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb608320(office.11).aspx
