I am familiar with QA.
So you are going to identify the tech in the header and then have a table
for entering data.
Are you going to collect the data in a backend database so that you can
analyze it or import it into another system?
If you have the data in the header you should not really need it repeated in
the table but I would just set defaults to look to your header fields if you
do.
Obviously you can build a smart form that can validate whether readings are
within specification to either alert on anomalies or catch gross keying
errors. Or trigger a retest or something. Another nice thing is picture
controls for documentation if needed.
You should be able to default the time to the next hour by having a field
keep the last interval and setting the default on new records, etc.
just some thoughts.

Clay,
That sounds perfect, that is exactally what im looking for. How would I do
it? Do you have some documentation you can send me so i can learn it, or is
it simple enough to tell me here?
I am using MS Access as my database, and subbmitting all the forms to that
database. How can i find a good way to set up my database to collect the data
from the form?
Thanks,
Alma
