Hi,
We are an association with around 30 members but growing fast. I have set
up a database in excel of member details, and annually we send out renewals.
I am new to using InfoPath and have created a Member Renewal form which I
would like to be able to email to members for them to complete and send back.
When I currently send a test email to someone who doesn't have InfoPath, the
email is converted to text and doesnt stay in the form format.
Is there any way of sharing InfoPath forms with others where they can fill
in their details straight onto the email and send it back to me, keeping the
format intact? I've spent a lot of time creating the form, I think its a
great programme, but not if we cant share it with our members.
Please help! Thank you
Kim

Hi Kim.
InfoPath is required on the client PC's or you must have a server which will
host the forms in a browser which is accessible by all of the form users.
In your case, you would probably need a server accessible via the Internet
with which your members could update or verify their information since they
will probably not all have InfoPath.
