background picture question

Hello all

I am trying to get my background picture to work properly

I go to View Properties and find my background picture, when I click
OK the pictures in way too big...what can be wrong? I want to see my
background picture 8.5" by 11".

Hello

You cannot edit the background image size when you add via view properties.
