Current user could have more than one role

I have built a form that has an initiator/ owner/ reviewer and viewer (read
only)
it is possible using the roles as they are set up that a user could fall
into multiple buckets. Can anyone suggest how I can promote one role above
another if the situation arises?

Thanks

Roles are a bit tricky for this very reason.

I am not sure what the order is but I would think it would be documented by
MS.

I use an AD webservice to ID each user and check their group membership.
That way I can set the order for the checking and have more control.

Thanks Clay.

I have to say I'm blown away by the lack of information on this. Its rare
that users fit into one bucket or the other. Often users have more than one
role (in my case a single user could have three roles). How am I meant to
manage this if I can't predict how the system will behave?

Anyway - as you say it will hopefully be documented somewhere

Cheers
