You want to choose a language by analyzing their text?

As long as you can create a rule text contains "Hola" set field language to
Espanol.

It can be done but I am unsure what the specific text would be.

You have the functions built into InfoPath at your disposal.  Typically
contains and substring functions probably.

No, I do not believe that control, even though you see it in web forms, is
available in InfoPath.
You can type the first letter of a large drop down but nothing after that.

Cascading dropdowns may be a better option to narrow down your list.

I need to turn auto-select off but i dont know how. for example i put:
[G                     ]   <----chat box
Game network
Google
Google mail

How do i get it to where it doesnt do that?

I believe you are referring to auto-complete.

Where on Internet fields and InfoPath text fields the previous entries pop up/

This is a windows feature and would need to be turned off globaly. There is
not way to turn it off for just InfoPath.
