Hello,

I have been using Access/Infopath to set up a database.  Everything seems to
be find and running perfectly on my computer.  I have published the
information to our shared folder where everything is stored.

When I try to run a query from another computer on the network it prompts me
to enter my username and password for the access database.  I do so and it
tells me it can not find the database.  I access the database just fine if I
try to acess it without using infopath.

Is there a way to turn this security function off or a way to get around
this?  No matter what I do in infopath it will not let me access the database
through infopath on any computer but my own.

I would check your ODBC connection in Designer in the main data connection.

You may have used a particular drive letter that others do not have.  I
would use the UNC path \\server\share\file.mdb so that it is universal to all
users. Also that you are using windows authentication to connect to it.

That would be my guess.

That worked perfectly.  Thanks!
