Hi,

How do you create linked form items, for example: a dropdown list that
dynamically populates when a previous one has been selected.

Lets say I have a drop down with two entries:

Sales and Marketing

And another list with people's names...

How can the contents of the second list only show salespeople when
sales is selected and how can it show marketing people when marketing
is selected?

Thanks!

There are many ways of achieving this in InfoPath 2007.  This depends
on from where you want to fetch the dropdown list data and display the
results.
One way of doing this is illustrated in the following link:

You can also do google with "Infopath Cascading dropdown" as keywords
for the search.
Do let me know if you need further information.

Thanks,
Paresh
