I have created a form using InfoPath where users can submit requests to the
IT department. When the user clicks the submit button, the form is submitted
to the IT manager via email and the database. At this point, the IT manager
will add addtitional information to the form (ex. who will be assigned the
request)...I have listed this area as "For IT Use Only". This additional data
that the IT manager will be adding needs to be submitted to the database as
well...as if it refreshes the original data already submitted to include the
additional fields. How do I do this?

This should be pretty straightforward.

I was just actually working with soemone else on the same thing this morning.

If you want to email me I could probably help you through it.
