I've created a form that is sent thru email.  When the recipients get the
email (if they don't have InfoPath) they are not able to access the forms
attached file.  Is there a way (steps, settings, etc.) for someone to be able
to access the forms attached file, without needing to have InfoPath on their
machine.

In order tot render the form they need InfoPath installed on the client or
access to a server with InfoPath Form Services which will render it in a
browser.

They cann open the form as text but that is not real pretty and is just the
raw data.
