Hi,

I am using the Infopath 2007 in MOSS 2007 to perform a business
applications. My requirement is I want to send a mail to particular
recipient "Filled infopath form" (As a attachment or form) when I click the
"Submit" option in the form. Also it should be stored in the form library
where I have published the infopath form.

Is it Possible to perform the two operations in the single "Submit" option.

As I know we have an option in the submit option of the infopath form "Send
E mail". But by using that option we can send only the mail. It will not be
stored in the Document library.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Thanks In Advance,

Prabu S.R.

You can submit form data at multiple locations.  Go to Tools->Submit
Options-> then select "Perform custom action using Rules", click the
"Rules" button and there add 2 rukes, one that sends data using mail
and second, that submits the form to the form library.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Paresh

Hi,

Thank you for your findings. As per your reply I have done the options in
the "Perform custom action using Rules" .But it is not working well. Please
find the screen shot of the "Rule" dialog box with "Main submit" which is
used to save the form in the document library and "Email Submit" which is
used to Send the form in the mail.

But it shows the error "the error has occured while the form being
submitted". Please find the screen shot of error in the attachment. Is it
possible to create a two submit connections in the same form?

Please help us resolve this issue ASAP.

Thanks and Regards,

Prabu S R.
