Hello,
Looking at what would be the best way to have infoPath forms in Cental
location that staff can fill out and sumbit and use an approval process with
out having Info Path on every pc.

I'm thinking that SharePoint with Office Forms Server 2007 is the way to
go...Would that be correct?

Thanks for the input

You can publish your template to document library or to central
repository http://server/FormServerTemplates. Bascially Form service
let you fill out a form using browser without infopath client
installed at client machine.
