I have created a form with numerous fields and when I published the form, I
chose versioning option.  It now places a version field in my form display
some with 0.1 other with 1.8 - can you tell me what this is and if they are
previous versions, how can I veiw them

Everytime you modify and save the form, the sharepoint form library
will create a new version for you and will display in version metadata
column.

To view the older versions of the form, you can click on the context
menu and select "Version History".

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Paresh
