InfoPath-SharePoint-2007-Question - 24 Apr 2008 08:55 GMT
Hello my name is Denisse, I am starting to learn about InfoPath 2007 and
Share Point and  I would like to know if is possible that every time that I
make any change in a document, every change or every previous version can
show the exact modifications that have been made.

For example, If I have a document
Nr.           Date / Hour                 Name
1.3        3.05.2008/ 10:00            PROVE
1.2        1.05.2008/  8:40             PROVE
1.1        1.05.2008 / 8:30             PROVE

Here I have made 3 change to the document PROVE, so I would like to know if
is possible that when I open the version Nr.1.1  to see the change maybe with
another color the paragraph or the words that have been modified, so that
when i open the next version Nr.1.2 , I can compare easily and i see faster
the modification made in the previous version.
And the same for the version 1.2 that can show the modification that have
been made in order to get the version Nr. 1.3

If this is possible through Share Point??? or if is possible throught
InfoPath 2007? What model should I use?, Maybe a kind of Programmation? ,
where can I find this format of programmation?,  Or if is not possible, what
other option or alternative I have?

Thank you very much for your time

Kind Regards,

You can use document history with Sharepoint libraries to see previous
version of the form.
However to see field level changes is more difficult. I have seen it done
but it is a pretty complex form and requires some database integration to
track each field and each change.
