I'm a beginner.  Designed a form I like.  Published it and filled it out to
test it.  Bombed out because the only thing that will print is the form
itself and that's when it's in design.  Print preview shows me white space
and that's what prints if I hit print.  Both the .xsn and .xml versions won't
print anything but the form itself when in design mode.  I was so excited by
the form, it was easy to fill out and the dropdowns were helpful, but now
it's all for naught if I can't figure out why I can't print filled out
forms..........  Does anyone know what (probably basic) mistake I made?  Any
help would be appreciated

Hey There.

In Designer go into Page Setup and check the printing.
My guess is you have a blank view that somehow became your default print view.
Either delete the blank view or switch the page setup so that the correct
view prints.
