I'm designing a form that will have many optional sections and/or sections
that will be shown only under certain circumstances. I would like to build
these sections separately and then when complete combine them into one form.

I have made some attempts at copying and pasting but the schema isn't
carried over and having to go through and rebuild it is going to take to long.

Is there a way to copy the "layout" and the schema into another form?

Hello

You have to do it manually for copying the controls because if you copy the
controls , the binding wont happen automaticlly.

You can also start designing the Infopath form based on the XML file
generated, instead of a blank form, but you have to repeat this as many times
as you want to copy the controls .
