I have set up views for printing parts of a form. When the view is sent to
print the preview shows one page but the printer prints two pages the last
one being blank. I have reduces the view to very few lines and placed a
border round to see if I could identify the problem. The printer still prints
a second blank page.

Did you try by inserting a Page Break after the last section to avoid the
Blank spaces(hidden sections if any )  which will take you to the Second
blank page in the Print view

Hi,

I have found the problem is to do with duplex printing, no matter what I set
up in the printer properties for the view, I uncheck duplex printing and when
checking if this is saved after opening and closing. The print button chooses
to look at the system properties. The work around is to set up the printer in
control panel with duplex unchecked.

It's a shame the printer properties are ignored in InfoPath.

Cheers,
