We have an internal website and we use old forms and when you click Submit it
comes to an e-mail in a bad format and I created a form in infopath, how can
I publish it to the site using frontpage.  Is their anyway that this can be
done.

Thanks

You cannot use Frontpage.

When in design mode of the template you must use the publish wizard within
InfoPath.

This should work with any site or web server.
