I've designed a form that connects to an Access db on a network server. I can
connect from my computer, but when I publish the form to SharePoint and
others try to use it, the form can't connect to the database. The users can
get to the database directly over the network, so they have adequate
permission. The problem must be in the data connection. I'm stumped, and I
need to have this working by tomorrow.

What error message if any do your users receive when trying to do this?

Update: I figured out that I needed to use a UDC for the connection from the
form to the database. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any information
anywhere about how to create a UDC. I found a form on the InfoPath that
produced a UDC, but I must have done something wrong. Now the users can get
to the database just fine, but when they try to submit data, they get an
error saying InfoPath needs an "updateable query." So I got a little closer,
but still not there.

I found out that I needed to use a UDC for the data connection, but I can't
find any inforaion about how to create one. I found a form on the InfoPath
blog that creates a UDC when you give it some information, but it was only
partly successful. Users can get to the database now, but when they try to
submit data, the get a message that Infopath needs an "updateable query" to
submit data.
