I have a number of forms that I developed on a Dell Latitude D610. Our
outside IT guy just set up a new Lenovo X61 tablet for me with the same
Infopath 2003 as I had before. When I open my forms everthing looks and works
properly, even the "print" view looks correct. But when I go to "print
preview" or I actually print the form the shading in the tables is missing
and some hidden fields that should not show or print are doing both.
I'm thinking there must be something that is not set correctly on this new
laptop  but I can't seem to find what it is, any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure that you have checked "Print background colors.." check box in

Thanks, that was it. I guess I thought those settings would be tied to the
particular form not the application. thanks again.
