I'm find a description in "Service pack features in InfoPath 2003":

"Human Workflow Services   For example, a user can simply click a button on
the Workflow task pane to assign a form to his or her manager for review. "

how to do it or any article about it?

Hi,

BizTalk 2004 is huge!

You might want to start here to find general BizTalk information:
http://www.microsoft.com/biztalk/evaluation/default.asp

For BizTal kHWS / InfoPath integration have a look at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_ip2003_ta/h
tml/Office_InfoPath_integrating_HWS.asp

I would start with Lab 12 which is quite good but takes some time.
Installing BizTalk will take you quite a bit of time.
There's also a chapter in our book on this.
