Hi,
I work in small company as an IT Techinical support, I have alot of calls
every day, I wanna know if I can use my infopath forms throw microsoft
outlook 2003, so any one of my clients  can fill the form using his outlook
mail and send it to me.

In order for users to fill out an InfoPath form, they must have the InfoPath
application installed on their client machine.  Assuming this to be true,
then you can generate a workflow type scenario where they fill out the form
and submit it.  The submission will email you the form.
