i have some problems... i don't know how to insert the images to the header or footer. help me! and... if possible, i want to know that how to implement the pages of the different header or footer. is there anybody to help me? Sorry. Neither of what you requested are supported features in InfoPath. You cannot add images to headers/footers, nor can you have different headers/footers per page.
