Copy values from repeating table / hiding sections

Hi!

I have 2 Infopath questions

1. I have a repeating table in which another repeating table resides.
Each of the "cells" in de outer-repeating table represents a month
with sales records. The sales records are the cells in the inner
repeating table.

When I click on Insert item in the outer table, the contents of the
entire cell (including the values from the sales table) should have to
be copied to the new cell (outer table).

Is this somehow possible? Does anyone have any example or so that
could help me on the way?

2. It should be possible somehow to hide the "cells" of the outer
table... I can hide them using a choice group, but then it doesn't
collapse, which it should.
I also tried with including a checkbox and setting it to hide the
control... but that doesn't work either (once I check the control, it
hides everything including the checkbox).

Thanks in advance!

For part 1, you will need to manually copy the data from the previous row into the new row. You will need to do this in code. It may take some digging around to find the code you need... but that is what you need to use to accomplish this.
