Is it possible to have a multiple tab infopath document, just like an excel
document that can contain multiple sheets?
I need to includes data from many tables and organize them into a single
infopath document, but if I put everything into a single form, it will be too
long and make the user confused.

Thanks

Use views to split your documents.  Then you can add buttons on top of your
form to switch between views.  Avoiding 1 single view with a lot of data is
the best way to go performance wise anyway.
