A tree view that links all sheets for a specific patient

I need to develop a tree view control its nodes are
sheets_names for a specific patient (selected from a drop
down list box from another form for example), when
clicking any node a new form containig this patient
results for this sheet is displayed. (Note: the patient
name will be on a form, the tree view will be on another
form, and the results will be on another form)

Please all, i need it so importantly, How to add a tree
view in infopath? and how to make the combobox ( drop down
list box) to be editable to enable a user to filter data
in it?.
