Dear all,

It is so frustrating; I should compare InfoPath and Adobe in order to find
out what to buy for our worldwide form processing application. So I ordered
the evaluation version of InfoPath and I can't activate the trial (invalid
product key and the trial is brand new directly form MS). Does anyone have a
phone number where I could get that fixed? Or any idea how to get this
product running?

It already took me 2 hours of my precious time and I already like Adobe
better...

Thanks a lot,

Tom

Give this page a start:

It has a phone number that can walk you through activation if the internet
methods still fail.

Thanks for your effort. Unfortunately it did not work out. I finally found a
phone number and talked to MS (about 6 different departments) for about 3
hours (no kidding) and finally they figured out that they can do nothing for
me and that I have to order it again :-(

Cheers,

Tom

That's really unusual. I wish we on the product team had more control over
that to do something, but it's really not our area (and not in the
let-me-transfer-you way...)

Sorry,
Brian

Today it worked. Don't ask me why I guess the Activation Server had some
issues cause I didn’t change anything in my configuration. Although the story
is more than annoying it finally had a happy(?) ending...

Thank you for your time!

Cheers,

Tom
