I'm new to visio, apologize for the greenness

I work primarly in MS Project.  I want nice gantt's out of visio using my
existing project database.  I want to be able to produce the identical
looking gantt each week from visio, and have it automatically update from
project. example, milestone shifts 1 month, when I open visio it has shifted
in there as well.

Is this possible?  Do I need to somehow make a template and use a macro to
re-import the mpp file?

Point me toward a book/website that may help.

Thanks
sean
