How can I insert an infopath form into word as a link?

Trying to insert as a link into word an infopath form where one can fill out
the form within work but using the infopath form.

Sorry, but that's not possible. The InfoPath application will have to be
launched to fill in the form. You could put a hyperlink (Insert->Link) to
the *.xsn file.
