Hi,

we are on windows server 2003.
we are on trial version of sps2003.
 we are using SQL database.
 we are using Outlook express.
we could not install Optional Components
  (Server Side -- Backward COmpatability)
because SMTP server was on another system.
(What are the advantages and disadvantages of this)

We are in the learning Process..
any stupid questions, take it light.....

I have Six questions:
1) How to send email notifications to all
   attendees? How to achieve this?
I created meeting workspace and added
attendees. Now, how to email the attendee
   immediately after adding?
   Please give me the flow.

2) How to send email notifications to all
users of DL, if a change occurs?

3) How to achieve approval process of a document?
Do i need to install any specific componet, to
   create Enhanced Folders.
because approval process(one by one or all at once)
can be achieved only w.r.t Enhaced Folders.

4) Can we specify an ending date for a document?
After the end date, sps should not show this document
but archieve it in database. It can be useful at a
   later date.

5) Where is the location of WSS components installation?

6) Is this trial version fully functional.

Any Ideas, Please Help
I will be very thankful to you
