Is your question about configuring InfoPath to submit to an existing web
service? If so, here are the steps you need to follow:

Launch InfoPath
Design a Form
New Blank Form
Tools -> Data Connections -> Add -> Submit -> Web Service

I am a very newbie to this so please be kind.
I am trying to set up my infopath so that I can submit to a web service
