Why Infopath2k3????

On going through some of the Infopath samples I noticed most of them use
WebServices for Data Getters and setters....What's the point of Infopath2k3
if the same can be achieved in ASPX????? Other than integration with
Sharepoint that too...if corporation is not using Sharepoint what's the use
of Infopath2k3 when the same can be achieved with ASPX?? more swiftly with
vs2k5 I hope....
Can someone outline me the examples when Infopath2k3 solutions are
ir-replaceable!!!

I'm not familiar with ASPX, but if it's anything like any ASP.NET then you're
right. ASP can do everything and more when you compare it to InfoPath. The
upside I see with InfoPath is that it is much faster to use a specialized
tool and I can train regular power users to design them.
