How do I add "Todays Date" to an InfoPath form?

I only see the "date picker" control which gives one the capability of
picking any date. What control gives me the capability of forcing it to
choose the current date?

Double click the date field and then click the fx button behind the default
value field.
Use the today() function in the formula.

Use the Default values on a textbox/date picker in combination with the
Read-Only property.
