In Infopath, how can I default a control to the current user name so they do
not have to type it into a field.

You should check out the training material for infopath on MSDN. I
distinctly remember a problem like this in one of the tutorials solved.

Hi,

I wanted to see if we could get some clarification. Are you talking about
getting the user's "network logon" name? Are you developing a managed .NET
solution or just writing script behind InfoPath?

Thanks,
