I need to build an InfoPath form which will provide an "Error" message if the
total field in a repeating table is not in agreement with another field on
the form.  Is this possible?

Hi Karyl,

Yes - you will want to look at adding "Data Validation" to your "Total"
field. I am assuming this is a text box - if so, right-click the text box,
choose Properties, click Data Validation and then add the appropriate
expression. Once you have this setup, then you can enter the text for the
message.

I hope this helps!
