Ok,
I know infopath has a inkpicture control that will let you sign on
tablet pcs etc... but outside of that...
I've got a TOPAZ signature capture device, which has activex and java
applet interfaces to it, and they all work fairly well (in web based
and windows environments).
When I throw the activex control on the view, it wont let me
automatically bind anything which is my first problem (especially
since I'd really need to do more than that anyway)
Can I have one step in the process pull html etc from the web (so that
my customer can sign with my signature tablet on the web)?
I kinda am just hoping for suggestions.

Some ActiveX controls aren't designed to work well with InfoPath. In those
cases, it is advisable to write your own wrapper for the ActiveX control
which will expose the necessary data in one property and also fire property
notify changes when necessary.
