I need to make an option button and/or a Date picker control(s) Read-only but
this option is not available through the properties.

Can I write the scrip to do just that? If so does anyone know how?

Anyone knows how to write the script to do that?

Thanks,

Dupathy

Have you tried checking out the properties > display tab > conditional
fomratting? This should be enough for you, just set a condition that will
always evaluate to true (like field1 is blank OR is not blank).

Or if it's fixed why you don't use a text box!

That may be a workaround but I am sue infopath can do more than just that.

Thanks but the controls I asked about do not have conditional formating.

As a workaround, put such controls inside a section, and set conditional
formatting on that section.

Good luck,
Alex @ Microsoft
