Hi again,
You have to copy the template.xsn from the URN based solutoin to the form
folder on SharePoint. The problem is that the Fill Out a Form button points
at the template.xsn in the form folder. Installing the msi locally is
required, but you also have to update the template stored on SharePoint.

Thanks Patrick. I did copy the URN based form from the local PC to the WSS
form folder and I verified that the form library is configured to use the new
template and I am still getting the error.

Did you specify /T when you created the MSI?

Yes, I did. Here's the command I used:
regform /U urn:FormName:Company /T Yes /MSI "c:\Program Files\microsoft
office\OFFICE11\INFFORMS\1033\FormName.xsn"
