I am randomly loosing conditional formating setting on several drop down list
boxes in my form in Infopath 2003 (11.6357.6408) SP1. I set up the
conditional formating rule in form designer, save the form, close the
designer, reopen the form in designer and the rule is not there. Does anybody
know how to fix or workaround this problem?

Thank you,

Hi agni,

Thank you for advice. The woraround is really putting drop down list box
into a section and applying the formating to this section. Just a few remarks
to symptoms:

- It does not seem to be related to managed code. I use JScript in my forms.
- It always happends if I create two list boxes bound to the same field but
with different conditional formatting setting in the same section (repeating
table field in my case).
- If I put each drop down list to its own section control the conditional
formating setting is not lost. In some cases previous setting is even
restored.

I hope this description helps MS to find the fix soon.
