I am trying to use forms created in InfoPath with Outlook 2003 Sp1.

When you send a mail from InfoPath (File / Send to Mail Recipient), InfoPath
creates an HTML version of the form. This is not a working copy, just a
'snapshot' of the form at that time.

There is no way (that I know of) to import the forms into Outlook in SP1.

I just created my first InfoPath 2003 form, using one of the pre-defined
templates (Status Report).  After modifying the fields to fit what I wanted,
I published the form to a shared folder on our network and opened it.  I had
enabled Submit to an e-mail data source when designing, so after filling in
some data, I clicked the Submit button and the form "snapshot" was sent.  I
was CC'd on the e-mail, and was able to open the XML attachment in InfoPath,
but my boss, who doesn't have InfoPath, wasn't able to.  There was not HTML
attachment, and Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to render the XML.  I've searched
all over, and can't find any solution.  I upgraded my IP03 to the latest
service pack I could find (8/7/06), but that didn't help.

Ideas?

thx

I am not sure what Hallvi2004 wants to do but I would like to create a form
and then e-mail it someone. Have them fill it out and send it back to me.
When I receive it I want to have the info that the correspondent entered, be
written straight into a database where everyone's response is kept. Can
infopath do this?
