I created a that has a cascading list box. The primary list box is a
drop-down and the secondary is a standard list box. During print preview, the
data in the secondary box doesn't show up on the screen or the printed paper.
Also, If I highlight data in the secondary box with my cursor, only that data
is printed out on the hardcopy. Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
Corey

List boxes can have unexpected behavior during print.

The best thing to do if you want all the choices to print is to create a separate print view and use a repeating table or repeating section in place of the list box... you can use conditional formatting to highlight the selected value.
