I read allusions to information about adding columns in sharepoint when you
add data connections in an infopath form.

Do I have it right that if you add data connections in infopath and then
republish to the same sharepoint folder the data connections that were added
DO NOT automatically get translated into added columns in sharepoint?

I discovered that there is a limit to the number of columns that one can have
in Sharepoint.

That is what was causing my issue.   I'd like to have most of the
information from the form available for reporting (I have 88 total fields of
varying type).  I'd be interersted in hearing.
