I am creating a repeating table in InfoPath 2003 with SP1.  The table is
layed out landscape and will likely expand past one page.  Can I have the
title row repeat on the second and consecutive pages (similar to Excel)?  If
so - How?

This is not currently a supported feature. Many of us are hoping to have it available in the next release.
