I wonder if you can help me, I have created a holiday request form for
sharepoint form libary, but due to a limitation we decided to try and
change the form to save the data in a SQL database.

when a user fills in the form I want them to fill in name start finish
status

when the manager looks at the form i want him to change the status,
Ihave found numerous articles how to use data sets repeating tables
ect, can anyone help me just submit this to a table

thanks

Server table. I realize this question came in before your "primary key"
post - are these related?
